This position conducts daily administrative tasks and provides administrative support to a construction site project-based team. The role involves providing professional customer service and positive interactions while delivering administrative services. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative items, maintain project calendars and schedules, process expense reports, and set up project-specific tools and materials. They will also prepare written correspondence, create and maintain organizational charts, coordinate travel, organize project-related meetings, and assist with general office inquiries. The role also includes embracing company culture and DE&I activities, establishing visitor protocols, promoting a positive environment with stakeholders, providing support for technical issues, conducting staff orientations, maintaining filing systems, ordering supplies, contributing to continuous improvement, and assisting with special projects and events.
