About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to executive leadership. This is a full-time, direct hire position offering long-term stability and benefits.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office technology.
  • Ability to interact professionally with staff, clients, and visitors.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain filing systems, order office supplies, and ensure a tidy, efficient office environment.
  • Handle phone calls, respond to emails, and route correspondence to appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinate calendars, book appointments, and organize meetings or events.
  • Draft, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to executives, enabling them to focus on higher-level tasks.
