Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalency is required.
  • 2 years prior Administrative experience required.
  • Maintains professional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in accordance with changing deadlines.
  • Ability to overcome objectives and manage projects to a close.
  • Must have the ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Performs a full range of Administrative duties in support of the Leadership team of the assigned Department.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality.
  • Answers phones, schedules meetings to include locations and maintains Leadership calendars.
  • Responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Composes correspondence and other department specific Administrative reports and disseminates to the appropriate individuals.
  • Files correspondence and maintains accurate records.
  • Assist with compiling financial statistical data and reports as assigned.
  • Handles confidential matters concerning clinical policies and practices.
  • Performs other related work as assigned.
  • Travel for this position is sometimes required.
  • Participation in community and employee engagement activities is required.
