About The Position

This role requires 5 days a week in the Denver Tech Center Office. This position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative support including calendar maintenance and scheduling, phone responsibilities, travel arrangements, expense reports, presentation preparation, meeting coordination, budget preparation and reporting, recordkeeping, and other activities. This role provides administrative support to organization/department. Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc. Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and email. Maintains files, records, calendars, and diaries. Arranges business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, and/or track expenses. Serves as a liaison between executives, managers, staff, customers, and visitors. Researches and summarizes complex information in preparation for meetings and special projects. Drafts responses to correspondence, research and compiles information for special projects, or prepare reports as required. Procures office supplies when inventory is low. Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Three (3) plus years of experience performing administrative duties supporting multiple managers.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to complete complex assignments requiring significant judgment, initiative, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to handle changing priorities, deadlines, and unexpected situations.
