Key responsibilities include supporting management with administrative tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expenses, gathering and reporting information relevant to/for the executive, and responding to incoming mail. The Executive Receptionist is a highly visible role within Bank of America’s Corporate Center, responsible for creating a professional, welcoming, and seamless reception experience on an executive-level floor. Serving as the primary point of contact for visitors, this position supports senior leadership through the coordination of visitor access, conference room and office reservations, and reception operations. The role also provides backup support for executive office phone coverage, assists visiting executives, maintains reception and common areas, and collaborates closely with reception colleagues to ensure consistent coverage and service excellence across multiple floors. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional communication skills, discretion, adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to service, teamwork, and organizational values.
