About The Position

This role provides corporate and facilities services along with program support for the Phoenix corporate offices, corporate services department, and Executive leadership. Support day-to-day front-of-house operations across the corporate offices by greeting and assisting visitors, providing directions, and ensuring a welcoming experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for Executive support requests and proactively address and resolve customer service inquiries and issues. You will contribute to maintaining smooth operations and positive experiences for employees and guests. Assist visitors with reserving space through the Robin system, provide on-site and off-site support for special events, and help administer employee programs such as Concierge Live and Staples Office Supply. Perform other duties as requested to ensure efficient corporate services.

Requirements

  • Three years administrative experience
  • Solid computer skills in office word processing, email, spreadsheet, and presentation applications
  • Ability to work with general office equipment such as a personal computer, keyboard, and photocopiers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior experience with an Accounting department
  • Three years of facilities-related experience, including demonstration of customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience maintaining a safe, comfortable, and clean work environment
  • Ability to function well in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel to and work from other office locations as needed
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, employees, and customers/vendors
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality
