About The Position

Provides general office, document preparation and administrative support for an individual, department, office or designated staff group. This role provides administrative assistance to multiple faculty members, maintains faculty calendars, and schedules meetings both in person and virtually. It also assists with conference registration, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements according to guidelines. The position is responsible for maintaining physician curriculum vitae and Missouri/Illinois licensure, and assists with physician re-credentialing of hospital privileges every two years. The role involves preparing correspondence, assisting physicians in completing forms, scanning and faxing documents, making copies, and maintaining electronic and hard files. Responding to EPIC tasks as needed, answering the phone, greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and distributing mail are also key functions. This position operates in a normal office environment with the ability to travel to various on- and off-campus locations. The physical demands typically involve working at a desk or table with repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement, and occasional lifting of 25 lbs. or less.

Responsibilities
