This position provides a variety of routine basic administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit, including sorting, filing, assisting with personnel changes and preparation/maintenance of various records, statistics and reports regarding operations. Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support in a variety of functions to an individual, team, department, or other group in an organization.
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities.
  • Reviews and answers correspondence.
  • Responsible for document preparation and information management.
  • Maintains electronic documents/files, prepares reports, charts or graphs.
  • Assists in the collection of data by transferring/retrieving data from various formats, verifying data and performing regular backups.
  • Assists with gathering and compiling information for the annual budget process.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
