About The Position

This position is responsible for providing administrative and research support to the Collections department. The role involves assisting the general public via phone, email, or written correspondence, processing and posting payments, applications, or other documents. Additionally, it includes providing clerical and administrative support, filing, data input and extraction, and general database maintenance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of experience in an office, business, or a related field
  • Must possess/maintain appropriate certifications for assigned department
  • Depending on the needs of the assigned department, certification as a Notary Clerk may be required
  • Must submit to/pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the general public by phone, email or written correspondence
  • Processing and posting payments, applications or other documents submitted by the public
  • Providing clerical and administrative support for the assigned department or individual
  • Filing and archival preparation
  • Data input and extraction
