The Administrative Assistant for Student Affairs supports the overall operations of the Student Life division. The position provides administrative, front-office, and logistical support to the Assistant Provost for Student Affairs and the Student Life leadership team. Key duties include maintaining office operations, supporting student-facing services, coordinating events, managing communication channels, and assisting with division-wide projects. Because the office serves as a central point of contact for students, the role requires a welcoming, steady, and service-oriented presence.
