Master of Communications: Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide helpful information to the public and staff. Keep Things Running Smoothly: Sort, distribute, and track incoming mail and documents with precision and efficiency. Manage Documentation: Type, edit, and format professional correspondence and documents to ensure clarity and accuracy. Technical Support: Operate a variety of office tools, from computers to photocopiers to fax machines, and manage data entry with ease. Problem Solver: Handle inquiries, assist with work requests, and maintain organized filing systems that keep everything in order. Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with a fantastic team of professionals, while keeping a proactive, independent mindset.

Requirements

  • High School diploma and 1+ years of office support experience to bring your skills to the table
  • Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office applications, with a sharp eye for detail and excellent editing skills
  • Customer service expertise with the ability to create positive experiences for clients, visitors, and colleagues alike
  • Adaptability to connect with diverse personalities and situations, while maintaining a professional, friendly approach
