About The Position

Our Corporate Communications Team has an opportunity for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations and help execute internal and external communications initiatives. Based in a collaborative, hybrid environment, this role plays a key part in keeping projects organized, messaging on track, and content delivered effectively across the organization. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative, coordination, operations, communications, or marketing support role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and details simultaneously
  • Clear written communication skills and comfort working with content shared across an organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration platforms like SharePoint
  • Ability to follow established processes while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Support development and formatting of communications content including intranet posts, emails, presentations, and social media using established templates
  • Maintain the internal communications calendar and help coordinate messaging, deadlines, and approvals.
  • Publish approved content to internal platforms (e.g., intranet/SharePoint) and assist with updates to external platforms such as website pages
  • Perform quality checks and maintain communications assets (templates, photo library, brand files) to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, logistics, and provide administrative support including tracking requests, managing files, and handling expense reporting and travel logistics
