About The Position

As an Administrative Assistant supporting the Chef Team, you’ll keep operations running flawlessly, fuel creative excellence, and play a key role in bringing showstopping events to life for every guest.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience working in a similar resort setting in an administrative role preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and callers and address their needs, answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department, and respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff
• Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff
• Compile, copy, sort, file, and scan department documents
• May prepare departmental reports as needed, perform a variety of administrative tasks, and maintain office equipment as needed and coordinates repairs
• Work closely with functional department groups as necessary
• Prepare purchase orders for all goods and services purchased by the department
