The Administrative Assistant, Center for Autism and Neurodiversity, will provide administrative and clerical support for the CAN program. This position will also assist with the tasks related to funding received by the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR). The Administrative Assistant is often the first staff member prospective students, and their families encounter and contribute to creating a welcoming, responsive, and professional experience for all visitors and program participants. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing administrative processes, maintaining records, coordinating events and meetings, preparing reports, reconciling expenses, and supporting the daily operations of the department. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
