About The Position

Our Broker Support Team is the backbone of agent success at USABG. We provide hands-on guidance and resources to help brokers every step of the way — from licensing, contracting, and certifications to lead management, commission assistance, and training support. The job is to make sure brokers feel confident, connected, and equipped to grow - handling the details behind the scenes so they can focus on what matters most: helping clients and building their business.

Requirements

  • Ability to pass a background screening, which may include employment verification, education verification, and criminal history check.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on guidance and resources to help brokers with licensing, contracting, and certifications.
  • Assist brokers with lead management, commission assistance, and training support.
  • Ensure brokers feel confident, connected, and equipped to grow.
  • Handle administrative details behind the scenes to allow brokers to focus on clients and business building.
