JOB SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION The Office Administrator/Receptionist provides a broad range of administrative support including customer service, data entry, scanning, and additional general administrative duties. We are looking for people who appreciate order, consistency, and predictability. If you are a person who loves accountability tools, finds comfort in following systems, and is focused on results then this position could be the one for you!

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Self-starter who can work both independently as well as in a team.
  • Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Reliable transportation is a MUST.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome, greet, and assist visitors in person or by telephone.
  • Maintain reception, conference, and general office areas.
  • Coordinate client services and support.
  • Coordinate phone setup and client training of systems.
  • Daily mail correspondence.
  • Prepare, maintain, and retrieve confidential documents in a centralized filing system.
  • Coordinate filing and other key administrative duties.
  • Scanning of confidential documents to secure server.
  • Reading, researching, collecting, writing, editing, proofreading, and analyzing of information and documents.
  • Coordinating and Maintaining Calendar Schedule.
  • Basic Accounts Receivable and Collections for the office.
  • Creating and Updating letters of all sorts (such as welcome letters, exit letters, engagement letters, disengagement letters and any other correspondence).
  • Help with Event Planning and Client Appreciation Programs.
  • Performs a wide variety of administrative activities for the team.
