CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking an onsite Administrative Assistant who will provide exceptional administrative support to our Orlando, FL facility (11010 Florida Crown Drive, Orlando, FL 32824). Key Responsibilities of this role include: Maintaining the site calendar Serving as the key first contact for the Orlando site, helping with scheduling of tours, visitors, and security requests Ordering materials and supplies for the site Maintaining associate spaces in Sierra View Handling ingoing/outgoing mail Determine proper course of action for incoming telephone calls and correspondence, directing to appropriate person or operational area Scheduling meetings Taking meeting minutes and doing follow up Serving as coordinator for onsite Associate Engagement activities Project management of onsite events Maintenance of office files, records, and filing systems A successful candidate will: Perform at a high-intensity pace with a positive attitude Act with tact and diplomacy when responding to any customer, whether internally or externally Effectively collaborate with our broader community of Administrative Assistants within the Pharmacy org Demonstrate a strong attention to detail; ability to manage many details related to calendaring/scheduling, follow-up requests, travel-related planning, etc. simultaneously with low rate of error Demonstrate emotional intelligence -- demonstrated ability to manage self around others and in difficult situations, remaining in control and professional at all times Work effectively in a fast-paced environment Be organized – demonstrate the ability to balance multiple initiatives and prioritize workload Be outgoing and energetic with a solid comfort level in a corporate environment Demonstrate forward-thinking abilities, knowing how to be pro-active and expect the unexpected Use your skills to make an impact

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5 years of administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Candidate must reside in the Orlando, FL area and be willing to work onsite
  • To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership. Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
  • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree
  • Notary Public certification/license (or be willing to obtain one with company financial support)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with internet research and proof-reading/editing
