The Administrative Program Coordinator provides cross-functioning administrative and programmatic support for the Office of Academic Programs (OAP) in the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences (CFAES). This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting OAP led college events and programs including meeting space reservations, event registration processes, and creating and distributing promotional materials. Maintains OAP website content and unit databases. Provides administrative support for student organizations and coordinates annual student recognition events. Collects and tracks graduation requirements for research distinction and honors to ensure compliance. Provides other support as needed for graduation process internal to CFAES. Provides administrative support across all OAP teams to include but not limited to scheduling, ordering supplies, front desk coverage, Lenel system access, keys, procurement card (Pcard) management and other fiscal support related tasks. Position responsibilities may require in-state and out-of-state travel and work on nights and weekends.
