As our Administrative and Accounts Specialist , you'll review accounts, invoice customers, and process payments. As calls come in, you'll assist customers, answer questions, and schedule appointments while maintaining a professional and welcoming tone. You'll also balance accounts receivable duties with customer service and coordination tasks, ensuring billing stays organized and every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You might be perfect for this office position if you can also meet the following qualifications: 5+ years of customer service experience Fluency in Excel and Outlook Computer experience is essential Experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, permits, or job costing Experience using a field service management software Cost accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred!
