About The Position

The Human Resources Administrative Analyst performs a wide variety of highly complex, responsible, and confidential administrative and analytical support functions related to the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources and Compliance departments. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources & Compliance Officer (CHRCO), the Analyst supports both workforce-related functions and patient care compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards. The Human Resources Administrative Analyst receives limited supervision within a framework of established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to coordinate and monitor multiple projects from inception to completion, and the exercise of independent judgment. The Analyst supports company-wide operations and plays a key role in maintaining compliance with employment regulations, healthcare regulatory standards, and internal controls while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • College level business, Human Resources desirable.
  • Three years responsible experience in clerical, administrative or lead capacity.
  • Knowledge of correct punctuation, grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to deal responsibly with matters of confidential nature.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage high volume of workload.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the CHRCO and Leadership in planning and coordinating daily calendars, schedules meetings and logistical arrangements in support of HR and compliance operations.
  • Supports strategic planning within departments to achieve objectives related to overall operations, clinical practices, workforce initiatives, and compliance programs.
  • Provides organizational and general meeting support, including arranging meeting space, preparing agendas, taking notes/minutes, tracking follow-up action items, and securing materials while ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Works closely and effectively with HR Leadership and Compliance Leadership to ensure team members are informed of upcoming commitments, deadlines, audits, and regulatory responsibilities.
  • Assists with implementing department-wide processes that improve quality, employee satisfaction, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assists with implementing, tracking, and maintaining policies, programs, and practices to ensure clinical and patient care operations are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations, accreditation standards, and healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Participates in quality improvement, compliance monitoring, and process improvement activities that support patient safety and organizational effectiveness.
  • Reconciles invoices for the Human Resources and Compliance functions, including legal, vendor, audit, and reimbursement-related expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary and compliance requirements.
  • Manages and maintains the CHRCO’s complex calendar, including meetings, regulatory reviews, audits, and travel; prioritizes requests and ensures effective time management.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CHRCO, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational protocols.
  • Screens and directs phone calls and visitors; provide accurate information or referrals consistent with confidentiality and regulatory standards.
  • Drafts, proofreads, and composes correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and summaries related to HR, compliance, and patient care initiatives.
  • Prepares and submits monthly expense reports; reconciles departmental invoices, including legal, vendor, audit, and reimbursement items.
  • Independently develops agendas, briefing materials, and documentation for HR and Compliance leadership meetings.
  • Requests, compiles, and analyzes data for use in HR, compliance, patient care, audit, and regulatory reports; ensures accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintains complex, sensitive, and confidential filing and data management systems, including HR records and compliance documentation, in accordance with retention and privacy requirements.
  • Monitors departmental records to ensure compliance with internal policies, employment laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Identifies and recommends operational and compliance-related process improvements to enhance efficiency, risk mitigation, and service delivery.
  • Collaborates with HR leadership, Compliance leadership, managers, and coordinators on planning and implementation of departmental initiatives.
  • Participates in quality improvement activities that support organizational goals, patient safety, compliance readiness, and employee engagement.
  • Provides administrative support for HR and Compliance programs and initiatives, including employee relations, investigations support, audits, patient care compliance, and organizational development.
  • Assists with developing, updating, and implementing HR and Compliance policies, procedures, and department-wide practices.
  • Supports communications and planning for strategic HR and Compliance projects across departments.
  • Exercises sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in all matters involving sensitive personnel, patient care, regulatory, or executive-level issues.
  • Acts as a liaison between the CHRCO, executives, employees, clinical leaders, and external stakeholders to facilitate HR and compliance objectives.
  • Coordinates and prioritizes workflows across departments reporting to the CHRCO to ensure smooth operations and regulatory alignment.
  • Demonstrates reliable and predictable in-person attendance in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Creates and maintains reports, dashboards, and presentations supporting HR, compliance, audit, and patient care initiatives.
  • Participates in the creative process and implementation of the marketing strategy for CSV Providers, ensuring alignment with compliance, branding, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Utilizes strong analytical skills in time-sensitive, high-pressure situations and independently manages conflicts that could impact HR operations, compliance, or patient care oversight.
  • Requests, reviews, and compiles accurate and comprehensive HR and compliance reports, surveys, and audit materials.
  • Drives deadlines and deliverables while adapting to ambiguity and changing business needs; collaborates with leadership to ensure compliance expectations are met.
  • Receives calls and visitors, providing information or referrals in accordance with departmental policies, confidentiality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Acts as an information resource regarding departmental policies, procedures, HR operations, and compliance activities, exercising practical judgment.
  • Maintains CHRCO expense records and submits expense reports monthly.
  • Effectively performs highly responsible administrative aide functions, including compiling and preparing accurate reports, summaries, and compliance documentation.
  • Establishes and maintains complex, privileged, and sensitive data management, storage, and retrieval systems related to HR and compliance operations.
  • Operates with a high level of independence and advanced decision-making responsibility, exercising excellent judgment and discretion in sensitive HR, patient care, and compliance matters.
  • Establishes and maintains a variety of records and filing systems pertaining to assigned areas of responsibility in accordance with regulatory and retention requirements.
