As an Administrative Aide at Arete, your primary responsibilities include for all our Tucson offices: Monitor and restock all office supplies and snacks/drinks. Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings and events. Support facilities as needed Keep common areas organized and clean. Answer door and provide escort support as needed. Provide general administrative and facilities support for daily office tasks. This is an onsite, non-exempt, non-supervisory, part-time, temporary position based in our Falls Church, VA office.
