About The Position

At Bamganie Pet Cremations, we help families say goodbye to beloved pets with dignity, compassion and care. Behind each phone call, booking and every carefully prepared return is a family trusting us during one of their hardest days. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our administration team, someone who is organised, reliable and understands the importance of empathy and care in the work we do. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, values meaningful work, and takes pride in the small details that make a big difference.

Responsibilities

  • Support families and veterinary clinics with compassionate & professional pet aftercare services
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries
  • Assisting with scheduling and daily coordination
  • Preparing paperwork, memorial orders and return information
  • Being a calm, compassionate voice for clinics and families when needed
  • Ensure all client, pet and veterinary information is entered accurately and efficiently
  • Work closely with drivers and operational team members to help ensure smooth communication and service coordination
  • Help maintain a high level of care, respect and attention to detail
