Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management in a busy office environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and administrative systems
  • Sound knowledge of finance processes, invoicing, GST, and stock control
  • Understanding of staffing workflows within aged care
  • Commitment to confidentiality, quality improvement, and customer service
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive for work
  • Proof of vaccination status as required by legislation and WMQ policy
  • Relevant probity checks
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Diploma in Administration
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or working towards)
  • Previous experience in aged care, health, or community services

Responsibilities

  • Delivering professional, customer-focused administrative support
  • Managing invoicing, purchasing, accounts reconciliation, and stock control
  • Coordinating roster changes and staffing updates using Kronos
  • Processing maintenance requests and overseeing local building works
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation
  • Participating in quality, compliance, and continuous improvement activities
  • Handling non-clinical enquiries and complaints under delegation
  • Supporting safe, compliant operations in line with WHS and NDIS requirements
  • Supervising a part-time Administration Officer where applicable
