About The Position

HII is looking for a qualified Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Strike Systems Program Office located at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Requirements

  • 7 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting senior officers and executives (O-6 and above, GS-15 and above, or industry equivalents).
  • Experience shall include:
  • Preparing and maintaining (keeping current and accurate) leadership calendars and schedules;
  • Planning and booking travel and preparing, checking, and processing travel vouchers upon return;
  • Coordinating appointments, correspondence, and communications with other senior executive administrative assistants; and managing generation, coordination, and signature of executive correspondence and documentation
  • Expert user of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat applications and the Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome web browsers.
  • Proficient at making airline, hotel, and automobile travel reservations on-line
  • TS/SCI clearance is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience booking travel and processing vouchers with the Defense Travel System (DTS) is highly desired
  • Experience operating and accomplishing basic maintenance (such as paper, ink, resets) of office computers, copiers, printers, and FAX machines
  • Experience operating video teleconferencing equipment is highly desired

Responsibilities

  • Prepare program documentation using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Send and receive program data and information via the Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network and classified networks using Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome browsers.
  • May be required to learn to use other commercial or specialized computer applications in the performance of their assigned tasks.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative assistance to include preparing documentation, maintaining appointment calendars, planning travel, and facilitating office and inter-office communications.
  • Provide office integration, communication, coordination, and planning support for program administrative operations.
  • Accomplish planning, tracking, and reporting functions in acquisition development, production, and sustainment efforts.
  • Support set-up, execution, and clean-up of electronic and face-to-face meetings.
  • Support facilities management tasks to include organizational inspections and audits; ordering supplies; basic office appliance maintenance (ink, paper, resets); and setting up facilities maintenance.
  • Interact with lateral organizations and external agencies as required to accomplish the program mission to include facilities management, personnel management, security, computer support, public affairs, and building managers to facilitate uninterrupted, day-to-day operations.
