Ray White is on the lookout for a full-time Administration Assistant to join our Corporate Team in the Perth CBD. This role serves as the first point of contact for our business, while also being the pillar of the WA office, supporting the CEO and wider WA corporate team. Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong teamwork and relationship building skills
  • Experience with Google, Excel, Data Entry, and Canva
  • High level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • The ideal candidate for this role will have a background working in a professional environment as a receptionist or administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to CEO and WA teams
  • Answer and direct phone calls and visitors to create a friendly first impression of the business
  • Maintaining a well-presented, professional work environment
  • Coordinate office operations, schedules, and meetings
  • Preparation of event collateral and promotional materials
  • Support, coordinate, and assist with WA Auctions and record keeping
