About The Position

This is a temporary position with an expected end date of December 31, 2027. As an Advisor, Group Insurance Billing and Intermediary Compensation, you will contribute to the evolution of intermediary billing and compensation modules within a cutting-edge group insurance technology ecosystem. You will play a key role in analysis and advisory support, acting as a subject matter expert and influencing the evolution of practices and solutions in a context of transformation and continuous improvement. You will leverage your experience and expertise in group insurance billing, intermediary perception, and/or compensation. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of mechanisms and processes related to intermediary billing, perception, and compensation activities. Your strong analytical skills and advisory approach will enable you to ask the right questions, structure and break down complex processes, understand their mechanisms (including technical aspects like calculators, compilations, calculations, and administrative/financial scenarios), formulate relevant recommendations, ensure a common understanding of business rules, and contribute to the continuous improvement of intermediary billing, perception, and compensation. In a project-based environment, you will perform the following tasks and functions: Act as a reference in the analysis and advice on issues related to group insurance intermediary billing, perception, and compensation, in collaboration with relevant teams. Support, advise, and influence colleagues and internal partners in understanding complex business issues, acting as a reference resource to promote alignment of practices, consistency of decisions, specialized support, business arbitration, and knowledge transfer. Analyze complex situations, develop and recommend sustainable solutions, and contribute to their validation, implementation, and deployment, ensuring a common understanding of business rules. Contribute to the optimization and documentation of operational processes, including quality controls, policies, and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 7 years or more of experience in group insurance, particularly in the areas described below
  • Excellent knowledge of group insurance billing, including insured and uninsured products
  • Excellent understanding of distribution models and intermediary compensation mechanisms
  • Good understanding of perception processes
  • Very good communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in French and English, both oral and written, due to the nature of the tasks, work tools, and interactions with French- and English-speaking colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers, and to support the company's growth objectives.
