The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the calendars of the CEO, COO, and CFO, including scheduling appointments and meetings. This role involves screening incoming telephone calls and providing follow-up reports or memos. The assistant will also be tasked with typing various documents such as correspondence, policies and procedures, reports, and projects. Other duties include attending, recording, and distributing meeting minutes as requested, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and copying and distributing materials. The assistant will also provide support for studies, reports, and projects, and will be expected to read and act upon official communications like bulletins, memos, and verbal messages.
