Candidate responsibilities will include providing administrative support to Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Board for $2.1 billion banking enterprise. Assist with loan administrative and deposit management services for key bank customers with whom CEO/Chairman has direct involvement. Preparing and managing communications, coordinating meetings, itineraries, preparing documents and managing document filing. Provide assistance to other Executive Officers within the bank on an as needed basis. Addressing bank customer inquiries and providing assistance with directing such inquiries to the appropriate person within banking organization
