Please see the career opportunity below and how you can be part of the Five Points Bank Team. Five Points Bank in Omaha is seeking an Administrative Assistant & Executive Assistant. Candidate responsibilities will include providing administrative support to Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Board for $2.1 billion banking enterprise. Assist with loan administrative and deposit management services for key bank customers with whom CEO/Chairman has direct involvement. Preparing and managing communications, coordinating meetings, itineraries, preparing documents and managing document filing. Provide assistance to other Executive Officers within the bank on an as needed basis. Addressing bank customer inquiries and providing assistance with directing such inquiries to the appropriate person within banking organization

Requirements

  • Adaptability in fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Professional writing capabilities, including emails, memos, letter and other related reports, documents and correspondence
  • Minimum 50 WPM typing speed
  • Strong customer service skills
  • General office skills; faxing, scanning, typing, copying, filing, phone skills, etc.
  • High School Diploma (GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required.
  • Three to Five years’ experience required.

  • College level courses and/or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties such as typing, faxing, copying and distribute mail
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external events.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and reports.
  • Screen calls and emails, responding or redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
  • Organize travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
  • Maintain confidential files and records while ensuring information accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support meeting preparation, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Liaise with staff, clients, and external partners on behalf of executives.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and strategic initiatives as needed.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify solutions to administrative challenges.
  • All other duties as assigned
