We Are Hiring: Admin Therapy Specialist, Outpatient Therapy- WMH- 0.8 FTE Begin your story with ProHealth Care’s Physical Therapy team. Schedule Details : Mon-Thurs 0645-1900 Fri- 0645-1700 Float position for coverage across 13 outpatient therapy locations. Must be willing to travel to all 13 locations and work a variety of hours during hours of operation. No weekends or holidays required Full Time / Part Time: Part Time with Benefits FTE: 0.80 About Us: The outpatient therapy department operates thirteen clinic locations serving all of Waukesha County. These thirteen locations combine to complete over 13,000 outpatient visits monthly. Clinical staff provide care for patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular and medical diagnoses. The department consists of over 108 therapists to provide rehab services including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Additionally, we offer pediatric rehab and cancer rehab as clinic specific specialty services. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to proficiently use a computer and type.
Experience working in one or more of the following areas: Healthcare Call Center Customer Service Healthcare with medical terminology knowledge
At least 4 years in customer service in an office and/or banking environment

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

Greeting and providing exceptional customer service to the patients who receive therapy services at PHC locations.
Accurate scheduling, registering and entering data of patient information into the medical record system.
Supports patient care delivery in the areas of scheduling, insurance verification, and support services.
Ensure patients are fully ready to have successful interactions when they come in for a visit.
Own provider schedule accuracy and, providing options, match patient needs to appointments.
