As the friendly face that greets all incoming calls from existing and potential clients, you handle important tasks such as requesting medical records, processing incoming records and bills, and efficiently managing invoice payments. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent computer and typing skills
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of law firm policies and procedures
  • The urgency to provide above-and-beyond customer service
