About The Position
The Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, including managing staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. In addition to guaranteeing the highest degree of care is provided to patients and residents, the Administrator must be in accordance with the California Department of Public Health policies and procedures.
