About The Position

To support, manage, and organize the work of and serve as a confidential assistant to the assigned Executive Management Team member and to coordinate agency-wide systems.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of executive and administrative practices and protocols.
  • Solid knowledge of information processing and filing systems.
  • Fluency with software and web-based systems necessary to facilitate recordkeeping.
  • Working knowledge of data management.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, Publisher, and Adobe systems.
  • Ability to type at least 60 words per minute.
  • Ability to take notes and prepare meeting minutes and summaries.
  • Ability to represent executive and administrative staff in an independent, professional and reliable manner.
  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours in support of key organizational functions, as assigned.
  • Physical condition or reasonable accommodation(s) commensurate with the demands of the job.
  • An Associate’s Degree in secretarial science, plus three (3) years of related experience; OR High School Diploma or GED, and five (5) years of related experience.
