About The Position

The Administrative Clerk is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This salaried position plays a key role in maintaining organized records, facilitating communication, and supporting various departments with administrative tasks. The Admin Clerk must be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Valid government-issued ID.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to maintain inventory levels.
  • Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice processing.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
