About The Position

They are recognized as a strong partner with warm-hearted hospitality staff nationwide and are looking for their newest Admin Assistant. This position is located in the heart of North Orange County, Brea, California. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative staff support to the Administration department and its representatives, performing all duties of a secretarial nature.

  • Have and maintain current skills in computer word and spreadsheet data processing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support including but not limited to word processing, preparation of documents, filing, typing, telephone, and correspondence interaction with clients and guests.
  • Takes dictation and transcribes stenographic notes of correspondence, reports, and conferences.
  • Prepares and types documents in draft and final form, including contracts, correspondence, forms, reports, charts, and graphs.
  • Assures correctness of work relevant to grammar, composition, spelling, and format.
  • Contacts managerial and staff personnel for collection of data, statistics, and reports. Performs follow-up work for reports and special projects.
  • Places, receives, and screens telephone calls for Administration department using correct telephone etiquette.
  • Establishes and maintains administrative records, correspondence, reports, and other documents in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • May be required to assist with special projects or assignments as needed.
  • Attending meetings as necessary.
  • Supports and adheres to the core values, the mission statement, service fundamentals, and guest service philosophy as defined by the company.
  • Additional duties as assigned by Sales Director/ Managers
