About The Position

CTI, Inc. is hiring a full-time Admin Assistant focusing on software systems and data entry with experience in trucking, logistics, or compliance systems. This role supports driver onboarding, safety compliance, and transportation data management using platforms such as ISN, Avetta, Instinct, and Truckmate. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced transportation environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Coursework in business, logistics, or related field preferred
Minimum six (6) months of experience in trucking, logistics, transportation, or compliance-related roles preferred
Minimum six (6) months of experience with transportation management systems (TMS), safety/compliance platforms, or onboarding systems preferred
Valid driver’s license with the ability to be insured under company policy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data tracking and reporting)
Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, particularly for driver communication

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator for logistics and compliance platforms including ISN, Avetta, Instinct, Truckmate, and similar systems
Manage customer and contractor onboarding through third-party compliance portals
Maintain accurate files, training records, and compliance documentation
Assist drivers with safety training compliance, scheduling, and document submission
Reconcile bills of lading (BOLs) with third-party systems and internal records
Review documentation for accuracy, including rates, load details, and compliance requirements
Maintain and audit data across multiple platforms to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance
Develop and maintain Excel-based tracking tools and reports for operations and compliance
Act as a resource for troubleshooting system issues and improving workflow efficiency
Support cross-functional teams including safety, operations and billing
