About The Position

The individual must have the ability to perform the responsibilities listed below. The list is not all inclusive of duties that may be requested by the department head or a member of upper management but are intended for an understanding of the purpose of the position. It is the responsibility of each individual at AWG to provide ultimate customer service to our members to support their efforts in increasing same store sales and profits. This position requires strong communication and computer skills with the ability to use and learn new technology. Management will be kept informed on planning, analysis, work performed and results. All records required by management must be complete, accurate and submitted on time.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office software (primarily Excel)
  • Google Sheets/V look ups/pivot tables
  • Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to critically think, problem-solve, and exhibit patience and level-headedness in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker who identifies opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Strong communication and computer skills with the ability to use and learn new technology

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Director and Operations Team team with all aspects of the department
  • Extensive employee and mgmt team interaction and communication
  • Create (Excel) documents (Google Sheets) as requested by the Dept Managers
  • Create weekly, monthly and period reports as assigned
  • Maintain department filing
  • Work as a member of the AWG team so the total job responsibilities are met
  • Actions must always stress a sense of cooperation, integrity, tact and consideration with our members, associates and division management
  • Provide ultimate customer service to our members to support their efforts in increasing same store sales and profits
  • Keep management informed on planning, analysis, work performed and results
  • Ensure all records required by management are complete, accurate and submitted on time
