About The Position

Teach Psych 210: History of Psychology Candidates should also be able to help students critically evaluate the underlying assumptions of these movements and assess their value in sustaining psychology as a viable science for the future. This course will be taught as an on-demand remote class during Fall Semester 2026, MWF 1:00PM-1:50PM

Requirements

MS or PhD in psychology, neuroscience, or a related field. The required degree must be completed by the start date.
Prior experience teaching History of Psychology
Have a strong background in the historical foundations of psychology, including major figures, schools, and the development of psychological theories and methods over time
Show commitment to excellence in undergraduate teaching and mentoring
This position requires the successful candidate to relocate and/or reside in Utah for the duration of their employment.
