This position involves providing professional development and support services to principals, teachers, and teacher candidates participating in the BYU ARTS Partnership (BAP) Programs. This includes organizing and leading conferences, workshops, special events, coaching, mentoring, teaching, and creating/formatting teaching materials for both website distribution and general use. The role also includes serving on the BAP leadership team as a representative of the College of Fine Arts and Communications at BYU. The BAP Programs aim to enhance arts education and integrate arts across the curriculum to improve student learning and school culture, with a specific focus on professional learning for arts educators in the Beverley Taylor Sorenson Arts Learning Program (BTS Arts) within the BYU Region, sponsored by the Utah State Board of Education.
