About The Position

Frostburg State University (FSU), Sustainable Construction Management (SCM T) Program, is accepting applications on an ongoing basis for part-time adjunct lecturers to teach SCMT 103, Applied CAD; SCMT 304, Environmental Building System and SCMT 402, Emerging Technologies to begin Spring 2027 and beyond. FSU is a member institution of the University System of Maryland and is a public, comprehensive, largely residential regional university offering programs in the sciences, education, business, the arts and humanities at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Requirements

  • MS in a built-environment-related field, such as Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, or a closely related discipline.

Nice To Haves

  • MS in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management with 5 years of professional experience in Building Design.

Responsibilities

  • Teach 1-2 SCMT courses per semester to support program needs.
