About The Position
The School of Agricultural Sciences at Northwest Missouri State University is seeking candidates to serve as adjunct faculty for online and/or on-campus courses in agricultural sciences. Courses may be offered during the fall, spring, and/or summer terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an agricultural field; master’s degree in agriculture or a closely related field.
- Minimum of three years of hands-on industry experience or teaching experience in agriculture or a closely related area.
- Effective interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Interact with students to support learning and student success.
- Update and maintain the course site as needed.
- Provide substantive and timely feedback on assignments.
- Respond to student email messages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with faculty within the School of Agricultural Sciences.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
