About The Position

This position involves using hydrological datasets in EMMALAB software to solve hydrograph separation problems and publish peer-reviewed manuscripts with the results. The candidate is expected to produce at least two manuscripts by the end of the employment period, with potential for additional manuscripts and proposals if time permits. This position requires the successful candidate to relocate and/or reside in Utah for the duration of their employment.

Requirements

  • MS Degree in Geology (must be completed by the start date).
  • At least one year of relevant experience using EMMALAB.
  • At least one year of experience writing scientific manuscripts.
  • Working knowledge of EMMALAB software.
  • Ability to write scientific manuscripts.
  • Must relocate and/or reside in Utah for the duration of employment.

  • Preference given to qualified candidates who are members in good standing of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
