About The Position

The Pennsylvania State University, Harrisburg, School of Business Administration, periodically has part-time openings for instructors to teach undergraduate Management courses across the curriculum. These openings are one semester in duration and non-tenure-track, with the possibility of reappointment.

Requirements

• Earned Master's degree in Management, Master's in Business Administration, or a master's in a closely related business field.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and audiences.
• Successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.

Nice To Haves

• Business experience in a management role.
• College-level teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach one to three undergraduate courses per semester on campus related to Management.
• Prepare course lessons.
• Evaluate students.
• Hold regular office hours.
• Become proficient with Canvas, the University’s learning management system.
