Adjunct Instructors - Statistics
About The Position
St. Norbert College is accepting applications on a continuing basis for instructors qualified to teach Statistics. This is a pool position, meaning applications will be reviewed as staffing needs arise and will remain active for up to two years. The Dean of Arts and Sciences will review applications and contact suitable candidates for interviews. Adjunct faculty may also be needed to fill last-minute voids. Requirements
- PhD in Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or Social Sciences.
- Master's or higher in the discipline or subfield in which they teach.
- At least five years of professional experience in the field with demonstrated currency in the field at the time of appointment (work experience, publications, licensure, presentations, or equivalent within the last five years).
- Ability to embrace the college's mission and commitment to building a vibrant, diverse, and spiritually engaged community.
Nice To Haves
- Experience teaching students at the undergraduate level.
- ABD status with some experience teaching Statistics may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Teach Statistics at the undergraduate level.
- Fill last-minute voids in teaching assignments as needed.
