About The Position
Jefferson Community and Technical College is seeking a qualified and dynamic adjunct instructor to teach courses in Computer and Information Technologies for the Fall semester 2026. This is an immediate opening to support our growing student body.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related or an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related and demonstrated competency in the discipline, such as certifications, work experience, etc.
Nice To Haves
- Relevant professional experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Teach courses
- Maintain some office hours for mentoring and coaching students
- Success and retention activities
- Utilization of a learning management system such as Blackboard for communication and feedback
