(Pool) Adjunct Instructor - Nutrition

About The Position
Wilson Community College is seeking to expand its pool of part-time/adjunct faculty for potential future openings in clinical or class instruction for Nutrition (Biology) courses. These positions may or may not be available at this time. Applicants will be contacted in the future after a review of qualifications. Part-time/adjunct faculty are responsible for providing quality, effective instruction on a part-time, temporary basis. Only qualified, credentialed applicants will be considered.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics or a Master's degree with at least 18 graduate hours in Nutrition.
Nice To Haves
- Three to five years of teaching experience.
- Experience with online instruction.
- Experience with Moodle.
Responsibilities
- Teach assigned online, day, and/or evening classes.
- Maintain and submit accurate attendance.
- Maintain accurate academic records, such as syllabi and grades.
- Submit required forms and documents in a timely manner.
- Maintain consistent communication with students and supervisor.
