About The Position
Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) is seeking passionate educators and industry professionals to join their Hospitality department as Adjunct Faculty members for Spring 2027. This role involves teaching an undergraduate hospitality course, HOS432: Hospitality Facilities and Operations Management, on Tuesdays from 2 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. The university values innovation, progress with purpose, and a people-centered strategy, serving over 180,000 learners worldwide. Requirements
- Terminal degree (PhD or DBA) in Business Administration or a related field; OR a Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.

- Teaching experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Teach courses as scheduled.
- Develop course syllabi.
- Facilitate class discussions.
- Grade assignments.
- Use the university's Brightspace learning management system for course delivery and communication with students.
- Collaborate with full-time faculty members to ensure consistency in curriculum.
- Contribute to program assessment efforts.
Benefits
- Compensation for courses is $2,800 - $3,400 per 16-week undergraduate or graduate course.
