About The Position

Requirements
- Terminal degree (PhD or DBA) in Business Administration or a related field; OR a Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities
- Teach courses as scheduled
- Develop course syllabi
- Facilitate class discussions
- Grade assignments
- Use the university's Brightspace learning management system for course delivery and communication with students
- Collaborate with full-time faculty members to ensure consistency in curriculum
- Contribute to program assessment efforts
Benefits
- Compensation for courses is $2,800 - $3,400 per 16-week undergraduate or graduate course.
