Adjunct Instructor, Engineering - School of Liberal Arts and Sciences
About The Position
The School of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Palm Beach Atlantic University is seeking adjunct instructors to teach in the area of Engineering. Responsibilities include instructing undergraduate level students in the classroom, holding regular office hours, and teaching classes as needed such as Advanced Circuits and Applied Electromagnetics. The School of Liberal Arts and Sciences faculty foster intellectual curiosity, open inquiry, critical thinking, the pursuit of knowledge, responsible civic engagement, and a deep understanding of the relationship of the Christian faith and reason. Requirements
- Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate credit hours in engineering
- Demonstrated expertise in the discipline
- Commitment to teaching excellence and service to the college, university, and community
- Demonstrated Christian commitment and the ability to integrate faith into coursework
- At least three (3) references should be included within the CV
Nice To Haves
- Ph.D. preferred, or equivalent experience
- Prior collegiate-level teaching experience
