The Department of Counseling at Bethune-Cookman University invites applications for an Adjunct Professor position to support the Master’s in Counseling program. The area of specialization is open; however, preference will be given to applicants with expertise in clinical mental health counseling and counselor education, including the ability to teach graduate counseling courses such as Theories of Counseling, Diagnosis and Treatment Planning, Marriage and Family counseling and/or Techniques, Group Counseling, Facilitation Skills, Counseling Diverse Populations, Evaluation and Assessment, Human Lifespan and Development, Practicum/Internship preparation and other courses. Adjunct faculty are expected to provide high-quality instruction aligned with program learning outcomes and CACREP standards while supporting student development, professional identity, and ethical practice in counselor education.
