About The Position

Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) is seeking an Adjunct Instructor to teach Conservation Biology (BIO 330) on-site at the Manchester, NH campus. This position is within the School of Arts, Sciences, and Education (SASE) and reports to the Associate Dean for SASE. The course is scheduled for Wednesdays from 11 am to 1:45 pm, beginning Fall 2026.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in biology, ecology, environmental science, wildlife biology or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience teaching at the collegiate level is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Teach courses as scheduled
  • Participate in course content development
  • Access student work and provide prompt feedback
  • Use Brightspace (the Learning Management System) to support the course

Benefits

  • Compensation for courses is $2,800 - $3,400 per 16-week undergraduate or graduate course.
